If a qualified incident in the supported product is diagnosed and cannot be resolved through telephone-based troubleshooting with the Dell technician, a Dell representative will collect your supported product and take it to a Dell designated repair center. This service method includes labor and the repair or replacement of parts in the main system unit, including monitor, keyboard, and mouse, if not ordered separately.
